About Danny
Danny McWilliams, the oldest playboy bunny in Jackson Heights, is a comedian, actor and author who grew up in Queens. He uses his razor-sharp wit to entertain audiences around the country and around the world and has been doing that for more than three decades.
Danny has appeared on major national television and radio shows and was a founding member of the groundbreaking trio, Funny Gay Males, which broke barriers and paved the way for today’s out LGBTQ comedians.
In addition to adding an undeniable sparkle to Upstairs Cocktail Bar, he hosts a weekly open mic comedy show called Suddenly Stand Up every Tuesday at The Duplex Piano Bar in Greenwich Village.
